Mission Statement

BRAVO (Black youth Reaching to Achieve in Vocal and Orchestral music) Company, Inc., a nonprofit enterprise, was organized in August, 1996.  BRAVO is a community-based, integrated group of young minority students from both public and private schools in the Coastal Empire.

BRAVO'S GOALS

·        to help pupils realize their potential in music through the performance of classical, semi-classical, Early-American, jazz, gospel, and spiritual selections

·        to provide individualized instruction, and summer workshops

·        to provide a unique experience for students who have some training in music, but for various reasons cannot participate in their school music activities

Parent Advocacy Group
Goals:

·        plan yearly supportive activities

·        formulate committees to implement activities

·        recruit supporters

·        recruit interested and talented youth to the BRAVO program
